Orange Jordan allocates scholarships to 23 of its employees’ children

​​​In accordance with its yearly undertaking, Orange Jordan has allocated 23 scholarships to the children of its employees, who excelled in the General Secondary Education Examination (GSEE) for the academic year 2017-2018. This is part of the terms of the agreement signed with the General Trade Union for Public Services and Free Vocations on 26 September, 2016. According to Orange Jordan's Human Resources Department, the allocation of these scholarships is subject to several criteria, based mainly on the student's average GSEE score as well as the salary of the employee, their duration of service and the number of children they support. The annual scholarships offered by Orange Jordan to the children of its employees are in appreciation of their efforts and to highlight their loyalty and dedication. Orange Jordan is committed to promoting the value of pursuing higher education and academic excellence among students and supporting education, given that it is a key factor in improving the lives of Jordanian families, in addition to being an essential contributor to enhancing the socioeconomic growth in the Kingdom. Orange Jordan is keen to constantly enhance its internal environment, as it places employees at its core, which is in line with one of the main pillars of its five-year corporate strategy Essentials 2020, centered on building a digital and progressive workplace, that is employee oriented and connects them to all that is essential to them.
