“BIG" hosts "Mashrou3na" initiative for the rehabilitation of people with autism in the labor market

​​​“Mashrou3na” for Information Technology and Consultancy, part of the fifth season of BIG; Orange Jordan’s growth-mode accelerator program, has recently launched specialized training programs aimed at improving the skills of parents and the society in general, while interacting with people who suffer from Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).The company also launched an initiative to rehabilitate them for the labor market, which is the first of its kind in the Kingdom.The launch was hosted at BIG, in the attendance of parents and specialists in the field of autism, as well as “Al- Sanabel Autism Center”, the “Jordanian Center for Autism”, Marwan Hamdan, owner of “Delta Accounting Company” and member of the “Jordanian Computer Society”.The programs which will run until the end of May, will provide families and communities in this field with the most advanced artificial intelligence technologies, advanced technological services to help enhance the skills of autistic people, training families to deal with their autistic children on life skills, integrate children with autism into society and interact with them.Mohammed Alabbra, CEO of “Mashrou3na”, stated that in light of the Royal Vision of Information Technology, the company seeks to become the "partner of hope" for 100 families in their employment and "partner with the nation” in applying the smart cities project.In line with its five-year corporate strategy “Essentials 2020” Orange Jordan aims to provide continuous support to start-ups in the Kingdom, through its growth-mode accelerator program; BIG and to guide their expansion into new markets, and strengthen their customer base. -The End-
