Orange joins Jordanians in celebrating national occasions

Orange Jordan joined the Hashemite Kingdom in marking the 77th Independence Day, commemorating a historic milestone dear to all Jordanians.

The company changed its network name to “ISTIKLAL 77”, in addition to participating in the Abdali Boulevard celebrations featuring national songs and performances of the Armed Forces music.

Orange Jordan’s participation in the Abdali Boulevard celebration falls under its long-standing partnership with the Abdali Investment and Development Company.

To celebrate the occasion, Orange Jordan organized a festive day for its employees and their families at the Orange training center in Naour, in which CEO of Orange Jordan, Philippe Mansour, Deputy CEO/CFO, Raslan Deiranieh, and Chief Legal, Regulatory, Sourcing, Supply Chain & Human Resources Officer, Dr. Ibrahim Harb, as well as members of the executive committee, participated.

The festive day featured several activities, such as entertainment, and artistic and musical performances by the “Zaffa” band, alongside planting trees in the Naour center, as part of the company’s social responsibility that focuses on the environment as one of its pillars.

Celebrating another national occasion, the company changed the name of its network to “ AL HUSSEIN” for the Crown Prince’s wedding.

Commenting on the celebrations, Orange Jordan’s CEOaffirmed the company’s keenness to mark the occasions that celebrate Jordan and the Hashemite leadership with everyone in the Kingdom.

 Also he said the company considers itself as part of the Kingdom’s modern history with a vital role throughout its journey. This role came first with the dedication to integrating into the global economy, steering the shift toward a knowledge economy and society, and ultimately achieving a leading status in the ICT sector through Orange Jordan’s contribution as a responsible digital leader.

 Moreover, Dr. Harb, said: “The spirit of national events is in line with the culture of our work environment, based on one family concept, with its strong ties in various events, whether professional, social, or national. Through these events, we are keen to embody the love of Jordan together in harmony with the goals of our strategy aimed at continuing to open horizons for sustainable development, which we translate through joint efforts and achievement”.
