Orange Jordan and Careem sign agreement with new features

​Orange Jordan signed a new agreement with Careem Company, the car-booking application in the MENA region to enable its subscribers to benefit from additional features. The agreement was signed by Orange Jordan's CEO, Thierry Marigny, and Careem's General Manager for Jordan and Palestine, Sabri Hakim, in the presence of the Chief Consumer Market Officer at Orange Jordan, Naila Al Dawoud.In a press conference held last Thursday, Marigny said: "This agreement falls in line with one of our strategy's main pillars, serving our customers and enriching their experience.  In addition to offering integrated telecom services through the strongest internet provider in the Kingdom, Orange Jordan is committed to meeting its subscriber's needs and desires, by providing technological solutions and smart applications". Marigny stressed on Orange Jordan's commitment to providing a range of technological solutions that address customers' interests. He pointed out that the company is already making Careem application available as an added value to its services, and that the company is currently offering its subscribers a new feature with exceptional benefits, allowing them to redeem their Tikram Points with free credit in their portfolios on "Careem" application. This enables them to benefit during their transportation in a new, digital, safe and easy way. Al Dawoud affirmed that the partnership with Careem is not new, yet Orange Jordan has developed it after addressing its subscriber's needs and offer them an added value. Over the past two years, mobile customers have been enjoying discounts on their rides with Careem through the special rewards program "Orange Deals".Sabri Hakim stated: "We are happy to have an ongoing partnership with Orange Jordan, which embodies our ongoing efforts to offer the largest segment of society with an added value to our basic service, which is considered to be one of our distinguishing features. As we seek to develop new customer care standards, we never spare an effort to expand such programs and reward our customers for their loyalty, based on meaningful partnerships which are considered to be one of our main values and pillars that aim to facilitate accessing our services, and as a result, facilitates daily life in a more modern, efficient and reliable way.It is worth mentioning that Orange Jordan offers a wide range of benefits and discounts to its mobile and fixed line subscribers through rewards program known as Orange rewards. It consists of two parts; "Orange Deals" which offers subscribers special discounts at many stores located across the Kingdom, and "Tikram Points", which allows customers to collect points on using their Orange lines and internet and exchange them for services from Orange shops and its e-Shop, or at any of Orange Jordan's partners in the program. -END-
