Orange Jordan grants scholarships to Al-Hussein Technical University students

Joining the Kingdom in celebrating the wedding of the Crown Prince, His Royal Highness Prince Al-Hussein bin Abdullah II, and Ms. Rajwa Al Saif, Orange Jordan announced the “We Celebrate Al Hussein Scholarships” for outstanding in-need students at Al-Hussein Technical University (HTU), with an estimated value of one hundred thousand Jordanian dinars.

Orange Jordan's Al-Hussein Technical University scholarships was inspired by the Crown Prince's interest in Jordanian youth and the embodiment of his belief in their ability to reach remarkable achievements as active citizens, when equipped with the necessary skills and resources.

Al-Hussein Technical University enjoys the patronage of the Crown Prince, who considers this distinguished educational institution an ecosystem that elevates youth for more creativity and innovation.

The university was established as an initiative from the Crown Prince Foundation to develop the technical education model in Jordan, in addition to providing the local and regional labor market with trained and qualified youth in engineering and technical computer science fields.

The scholarships reflect Orange Jordan's commitment to empowering youth under its comprehensive corporate social responsibility that pays special attention to youth through its pillars: digital education, digital inclusion, and entrepreneurship.

The company offers free digital programs designed to train youth on skills required in the technical sector, such as coding, digital manufacturing, artificial intelligence, and data science in various regions of the Kingdom, which contributes to enhancing their role in sustainable development and overall positive impact in line with the National Economic Modernization Vision.
