​Orange Jordan recently held an event for the enterprise sector on July 26-27, featuring 150 guests, within the company's extended partnership as a responsible digital leader, enabling companies of different sizes and sectors to enhance performance and efficiency through Orange's advanced digital solutions, expertise, and international partnerships.During the event, Orange Business Solutions were highlighted with a focus on solutions catering to the banking and utilities sectors, in addition to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data. The event also featured presentations from Orange Jordan's partners in business solutions, as HPE showcased its innovative cloud, cutting-edge technology and data solutions, Fortinet showcased its cybersecurity solutions, Joud Cloud presented its local cloud solutions, and Schneider Electric presented the smart grid solutions, in addition to testimonials from VIP clients. ICT & Key Accounts Sales Director at Orange Jordan, Eng. Ahmad Abu Thiab, affirmed the importance of digital transformation in the enterprise sector that Orange supports with its strong networks and dedicated business solutions under its international brand, Orange Business Services, as well as building strategic partnerships while fulfilling the aspirations and needs of each sector amid the increasing digital demands in the market. Eng. Abu Thiab stated that Orange is driving digital transformation efforts in the Kingdom, including the banking sector that harnesses digital solutions in seizing opportunities and overcoming challenges, especially in automation and enhanced data processing through AI applications, cloud computing, and IoT, in addition to cybersecurity and data security, noting that these efforts contribute to enhancing financial inclusion which remains a national priority. Orange Jordan also showcased its digital transformation efforts inside the company at all levels stemming from its commitment to accelerating digital transformation, starting internally, and supporting companies in this aspect with its solutions and expert teams. The event also highlighted Orange's environmental efforts as part of its corporate social responsibility to drive environmental change and clean energy inside and outside the company, especially through its "Solar Farms" that cover 60-65% of the company's energy needs and reduced carbon emissions by 79 kilowatts since 2018. The project also saved 25 kilowatts in 2021 compared to the set target of 10 kilowatts, in line with Orange Group's ambitions to reduce carbon emissions by 30% by 2025, and to zero by 2040.  -END-
