Orange Jordan introduces international calling to Wataniya Mobile Palestine
29 Nov 2016
Orange Jordan recently launched for the first time its special offer for international calls to Wataniya Mobile Palestine, allowing Jordanians to remain connected to their families and businesses in Palestine. This offer, which is valid until late April of next year, provides Orange Jordan customers with unlimited calls to Wataniya based on the agreement that was signed by both sides. It consists of specific package deals, including 1,000 minutes per month or 250 minutes per week. Prepaid and Cost Control Orange 7 and above subscribers, as well as postpaid subscribers, can all benefit from this offer without any extra charges by dialing *678#. Commenting on the occasion, Deputy CEO and Chief Consumer Officer Patrice Lozé said: “We are happy with the partnership with Wataniya, as we continue working hard to introduce and develop our special and innovative offers to meet the needs of our customers, while always keeping them connected to their loved ones wherever they may be.” Lozé added, “At the beginning of the year, we launched the new Orange Lines with a number of offers and benefits, including unlimited calls to all local networks, a first for Jordan, in addition to large internet packages, unlimited internet, data carryover, and a free subscription to Anghami Plus, as well as competitively priced international tariffs. All Orange Jordan’s offers and improvements are designed after carefully listening to our customer’s needs and requirements.” “We are also very dedicated to rewarding our customers for their loyalty to Orange Jordan. As such, we provide customers who renew their monthly subscription on time with free and extra internet packages, as well as a range of attractive discounts on our new offers in the first stage of their launch phase and free devices,” said Lozé. Orange Jordan Marketing Manager Naela Al Daoud said: “We at Orange Jordan always aim at enriching customer service with us by providing an unmatched experience, and it is our duty as an international and trusted operator to design and provide the best offers and services with competitive prices to always keep our customers connected, no matter where they are.” According to this vision, in one year Orange Jordan was able to achieve many qualitative shifts in service before anyone else in the industry, most notably unlimited calls to all local networks and Wataniya, which Orange Jordan launched for the first time in Jordan, as well as the new “Nos B Nos” scratch cards. “Nos B Nos” is for customers who wish to recharge prepaid plans, allowing them to enjoy maximum savings when recharging and renewing their subscriptions by equally distributing the recharge value between both calling and data (internet bundles), in order to facilitate the recharging process. The value of the overall subscription renewal is taken from both calling and internet together, using only one key (symbol) to recharge.
