As part of the environmental campaign of Orange Group, Orange Jordan launched the Committed to Preserve Our World campaign, aiming to enhance its contributions to preserve the environment and raise awareness about its role as the leader digital provider in the Kingdom and within its environmental initiatives, in addition to the Group and Orange Jordan's commitment towards the environment.  The company affirmed in a press release that the launch of this campaign comes with the increasing importance of protecting the environment, considering the growing warnings of climate change. The launch of this global campaign is a shared responsibility among all.  Orange Jordan is committed to developing new innovative solutions to achieve more, by consuming lower energy and rationalize consumption in each of its networks, buildings and operations. The company also focuses on harnessing renewable energy resources available in the Kingdom in generating energy, by relying on Orange solar power plants, which is one of the largest stations in the Middle East and covers more than 65% of the company's energy needs.  Orange Jordan's intensive efforts were outstanding, as it managed to reduce carbon emissions by 45 kilotons using the energy generated from its solar stations in "Mafraq" and "Amman," since 2018, as part of its ongoing efforts to become part of the Group and achieve zero carbon by the year 2040. The campaign embodies an integrated and environmentally responsible culture, both in terms of the company's buildings and the services provided, in addition to raising awareness of the important role it has on society, the environment and the planet, in addition to its solar stations, the company has worked to apply the circular economy approach in all its work, to eliminate waste and the continuous use of resources to reduce waste, pollution and carbon emissions, by providing subscribers with solar stations to charge electric cars in their several stores and other stations for charging mobiles and laptops devices in multiple universities.  -END-
