Orange Jordan offers home subscribers competitively priced, revamped internet offers

​Orange Jordan recently launched its revamped broadband internet offers to the home, a step that will complement what it started this year with the launch of the advanced high-speed fourth generation network 4G+ for mobile internet. During the press conference held by the company, Orange Jordan’s Deputy CEO & CFO, Raslan Deiranieh said that Orange Jordan since the launch of its five-year corporate strategy “Essentials 2020” in 2015, remains committed to spreading the internet usage in the Kingdom, through providing high-quality internet services in the local telecommunications market, thus reinforcing its position as the provider of the strongest internet in the Kingdom. Deiranieh added that in order to achieve these goals, Orange Jordan has invested hundreds of millions of Jordanian Dinars over the past few years, to enhance the infrastructure of the telecommunications sector and a significant amount was allocated to the acquisition of new frequencies for network development, particularly those that provide wireless broadband internet services, to ensure the coverage quality, high capacity and the introduction of new technologies and services, especially the renewal of its 2G, 3G networks and massive investments made in the New Generation Networks like LTE-4G, LTE advanced-4G+, Fiber to the Home and Fiber to the Business. Orange Jordan’s Chief Consumer Market Officer, Naila Al Dawoud provided more details of the revamped broadband offers, stressing that the offer included “Orange Fiber to the home” with the new advanced “Fiber Box” device which will provide the customers with the highest speeds of up to 300 Mbps with “Super Wi-Fi” feature for a wider and high-efficiency coverage, in addition to unlimited calling minutes starting from just JD 29.9 per month. The new offers also include the ADSL internet offers with the new “Orange Home Box” which is characterized with high-quality service, high-efficiency coverage and high-speed internet reaching up to 24 Mbps with unlimited downloads starting from JD 10 per month. A Moreover, the company is offering the 4G IEW offer characterized by high-speed internet with “Orange Flybox” starting from JD 13 per month. She also pointed out that as part of the company’s commitment to listen to the “Voice of the customers” and respond to their needs, these offers were redesigned to provide convergent solutions to families across all governorates in the Kingdom, with numerous benefits that include: unlimited calls, entertainment channels, discounts on devices, Wi-Fi coverage to the home through advanced Customer Premise Equipment (CPEs) devices at convenient prices. Orange Jordan Chief Consumer Sales Officer , Samer Al Haj said that these offers will be available at different points of sale across the Kingdom, which include 54 shops distributed across governorates, Orange eShop and direct sales channels, which will enable Orange Jordan’s customers to locate a suitable time and place to subscribe to any of these offers, by calling the customer service center or by telephone. Al Haj also added that the company’s sales teams were fully trained in all the shops across the Kingdom, in order to provide customers with the right advice and assistance regarding the offers and related devices that go with them, in order to better serve them. In addition, they will also help them choose the right service depending on the available technology in their area and the most suitable speed to meet their needs whether Fiber or ADSL, in accordance with the existing network in their area. -The End-
