Orange Jordan is the official telecom sponsor of the French Cultural Week

​​ Orange Jordan sponsored the French Cultural Week for the third consecutive year in the Kingdom, which was held under the patronage of the Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply, H.E. Dr. Tariq Hamouri, French Ambassador, David Bertolotti and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abdali Investment & Development Company PSC Aqel Beltaji and organized by the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jordan (CAFRAJ) in cooperation with the French Embassy, French Cultural Center, and with the participation of many French companies in Jordan.​CEO of Orange Jordan, Thierry Marigny stressed that the French Cultural Week is considered as an opportunity for cultural exchange between Jordanians and the French, and a celebration that expresses the outstanding long-term relationship between both countries, pointing out that the company’s sponsorship of this important event reflects its role in developing the cultural landscape in the Kingdom as well as promoting the intellectual exchange among different civilizations.He pointed out that this sponsorship falls in line with the company’s five-year corporate strategy, “Essentials 2020” which prioritizes corporate social responsibility, where the company seeks to provide direct and indirect support to events and initiatives aimed at ensuring the sustainable development of the community, which strengthens local ties and connects Jordanians with the rest of the world and enhances the artistic and cultural scene.Orange Jordan's participation in the French Cultural Week, which was held from September 30 until October 6 through a special booth showcased new technologies such as providing virtual reality entertainment and offering visitors a virtual tour to the landmarks of Paris. The French Cultural Week also included several musical and cultural events such as music and dance performances, cultural seminars, fencing shows, light and acrobat shows, art workshops and a photo exhibition.
