Orange Jordan is the official telecom sponsor of the Jordanian Entrepreneurship Club launch

​Orange Jordan sponsored the official launch of the Jordanian Entrepreneurship Club (JEC), held at Hussein Cultural Center under the patronage of H.E. Minster of youth, Fares Braizat.  The club aims to enhance opportunities for innovative youth and offer a platform for communication among Jordanian entrepreneurs to develop this important sector, which contributes to the progress of the national economy. The company said in a press release that its sponsorship for this event goes in line with its continuous support for entrepreneurship and youth, as essential components in achieving sustainable development in all sectors across the Kingdom, pointing out that the objectives of establishing this club matches the company's interest in developing the capabilities of this important group. JEC connects startups and innovative youth and provides them with an opportunity to share tips and experiences and hold discussions that would help them overcome challenges facing entrepreneurship in the Kingdom, especially in the absence of such initiatives. The  Club seeks to provide a platform for communication between Jordanian entrepreneurs to share experiences, networks, and search for investment opportunities, in addition to providing a database of information about companies, local market, and financing networks available in the local market, the Middle East, and Africa to support and keep them updated.  As a responsible digital leader and the Kingdom's digital partner, the company stressed on its commitment to enhance the entrepreneurial eco-system and this is embodied in its integrated programs, which aims to enhance entrepreneurship and decreasing unemployment rate, by empowering them, supporting  their projects, and helping them to develop and expand them to bring about a real impact to socio-economic development.  Orange Jordan adopts "Entrepreneurship for Change" concept through its Business Innovation Growth platform (BIG), launched in 2015, to offer entrepreneurs and startups in early and critical stages technical support, advice, networking opportunities, and media coverage.
