​Orange Jordan recently announced entering into a strategic partnership with the MENA ICT Forum, held biennially under the royal patronage of His Majesty King Abdullah II. The two-day event will take place from November 9 to 11 at the King Hussein Business Park.The announcement came during a press conference held by the organizers of the forum, the Information and Communications Technology Association of Jordan (int@j), on August 24 at the King Hussein Business Park and headed by deputy of Minister of ICT, Director of Investment and Promotion Department Dr. Nael Adwan, Chairman of int@j Dr. Bashar Al Hawamdeh, and CEO of int@j Nidal Al Bitar. The press conference unveiled the details of the upcoming forum, highlighting the most important sessions, topics, and goals. The theme of the forum, “Digitizing the Economy,” will inspire collaboration between experts and professionals as they discuss the impact of disruptive technologies on a variety of the MENA region’s sectors, such as education, healthcare, clean energy, transportation and logistics, commerce, financial services, and media. Additionally, the forum will feature sessions on how these cutting-edge technologies are utilized to enhance sectors and industries, positively affecting socioeconomic development.Commenting on the occasion, CEO of Orange Jordan Jérôme Hénique said: “Inspired by our five-year strategy Essentials 2020, we at Orange Jordan are focused on facilitating the digital transformation, re-inventing the customer relationship, and connecting people to all that is essential to them.
