Orange Jordan Signs Agreement with the Jordan Basketball Federation

​Orange Jordan recently signed an agreement with the Jordan Basketball Federation, to become the exclusive telecoms' sponsor for the national league, stemming from Orange Jordan's aim to ensure outstanding experiences for the Kingdom's athletes and fans, especially, basketball that gains a lot of popularity among different age groups.  The company stated this step is a continuation for the special partnership with the Jordanian basketball, offering its exclusive telecom sponsorship for the Jordanian Basketball National Team, and the Jordanian Basketball League for 2020-2021 season; including the Jordanian basketball Preliminary League, the Jordanian League for all age groups, the Jordanian Women's League, and the national team matches in 2021 Asian Cup Basketball Qualifiers.   Orange Jordan will give basketball fans the chance to cheer their teams by attending the games remotely to appear on the LED screens distributed around the court, giving a real-life experience by utilizing technology, allowing the players from seeing fans and their engagement.      According to Orange Jordan, the agreement embodies its continuous support as a responsible digital leader for basketball sport in Jordan, to deploy its digital resources to improve sports due to its positive socio and economic impact, in addition to keeping Jordanians connected to what matters to them.  Jordan Basketball Federation valued Orange Jordan's role in supporting the game to return to its status, noting the importance of this agreement as its in line with the strategic agreement with Orange Jordan aiming to elevate sports agreements and support talented youth, where the company is using innovative technology that contributes to elevating these experiences and create an added value for basketball players and fans in the Kingdom.  It is worth mentioning that Orange Jordan offered its support for the basketball national team - Jordan Falcons, in its journey at the 2019 world cup finals, as part of its CSR, focusing on particularly on youth, by providing needed skills and enhance their contribution in sport activities.    -END-
