Orange Jordan sponsors the first forum for Arab students studying in Jordanian universities

​Orange Jordan has recently launched the first forum for Arab students studying in Jordanian universities which was inaugurated by Dr. Adel Al-Twaisi, on behalf of the Prime Minister, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and in the attendance of Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Jamal Al-Sarayrah. The forum was organized by “IBSAR”, for management studies and research, “Antarctica”; a company specialized in commercial business, higher education institutes, and human development in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.The aim of the forum was to promote higher education in Jordan, introduce Arab students to different cultures and the plans taken by the government to develop higher education in Jordan, in addition to promoting touristic sites in the Kingdom, through visits by participants on the second and third day of the forum in Jordan. During the forum, Orange Jordan's Entrepreneurship Project Manager, Rabie Jammalieh showcased Orange Jordan’s growth-mode accelerator program; “BIG” ; which provides support to startups through helping in the design of their products and services, assisting in strategic, marketing and media planning, providing technical assistance and introducing them to Accounting, Human Resources Management and Legal skills, including taxation. The program also provides opportunities to connect startups with potential investors and partners, through their participation in local and international events, as well as hosting events related to these companies that provide workspace at BIG.During the forum, Orange Jordan, displayed its latest offers and services that target the youth segment in a special booth, which fall under the "YO" platform of "Jama3ty Lines” and others. This sponsorship falls into a series of sponsorships offered by Orange Jordan to academic institutions and universities, and aims to enhance its partnership with the academic sector, which Orange Jordan is constantly seeking to enable it to reach its goals, reflecting positively on socioeconomic development.This comes in line with the company’s five-year corporate strategy Essentials 2020, which places customer service and the community at its core, particularly education and youth development. -End-
