​Orange Jordan sponsored the "Deal with My Topic…. Objectively" competition, whereby an event was held to honor the winners under the patronage of His Highness Prince Mired bin Raad, the President of the Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. The event was attended by the Minister of Culture, H. E. Haifa Najjar, Deputy Chief PR, CSR and Corporate Communication, Eng. Rana Al- Dababneh, within the framework; the partnership between Orange Jordan and the Higher council to empower persons with disabilities in all fields. The Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities launched the competition late last year to encourage media representatives to tackle topics dealing with a disability away from stereotypes, in addition to instilling a culture that promotes inclusion and having the rights for persons with disabilities. their rights.During the ceremony, His Highness Prince Mired bin Raad affirmed the role of media representatives in creating awareness of the issues of the rights of persons with disabilities, urging them to devote their efforts to shed the light on the reality of persons with disabilities and highlighting their issues and rights as an integral part of the community.Deputy Chief PR, Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Communication Officer, Eng. Rana Al - Dababneh stressed the importance of this competition in changing stereotypes related to persons with disabilities, noting that awareness is one of the angles that Orange is keen to support under the "Differently Abled, Definitely Enabled" umbrella, which includes many initiatives to support persons with disabilities aiming to promote inclusion and empowerment, especially through digital inclusion, stemming from its role as responsible digital leader.A jury of experts evaluated the competition participants based on specific criteria. Omair Tbaikh and Ahmad Mneina shared the award for the best visual work for the visual media pillar. As for the audio media pillar, Ammar AlBourini won the first prize, and Ahmad Mneina won the second prize.The first, second, and third prizes winners for the written media category included Farah Darawi and Sarah Nour El-Din for the best report in the readable media field. Bushra Nairoukh came in second place, while Reem Zayed in third place. Osama Abu Yahia and Muath Abu AlLail won first place for the best dramatic video, and Ezzat Dablan won second place.-End-
