Orange Jordan supports free medical day in a number of villages in Madaba in partnership with the Jordanian Hashemite Fund for Human Development

​​As part of its dedication to enhance community health, Orange Jordan recently sponsored a free medical day held by the medical committee of the National Goodwill Campaign, part of the Jordanian Hashemite Fund for Human Development (JOHUD), for the residents of Ghernata and the surrounding communities in the governorate of Madaba. The medical day witnessed the participation of 25 doctors, pharmacists and nurses in addition to volunteers from the Orange Social Responsibility Club .Held at the Ghernata Primary School for Girls, the medical day was comprised of 12 clinics of various specializations, including cardiology, diabetics, gynecology, optometrist, pediatric, ENT (ear, nose, and throat), dentistry, dermatology, orthopedics and arthritis Medical consultancy and medicine, when necessary, was given to 730 residents of the area. Orange Jordan’s sponsorship and participation in the medical day came in light of its strategic partnership with the Jordan Hashemite Fund for Human Development, where the telecommunications company aims to support the various activities of the National Goodwill Campaign, volunteering during the organization’s mobile clinic free medical days to show its commitment to contributing to the well-being and health of the community and ensuring its continuity. Additionally, Orange Jordan collaborates with the National Goodwill Campaign by helping provide scholarships to university students, who are campaign beneficiaries, and by providing charitable assistance during the winter.Orange Jordan’s partnership with JOHUD is a direct reflection of its dedication to the community, which is part of its integrated, five-year strategy Essentials 2020.
