13 Apr 2023

Orange Jordan “Wastet Khair” application that connects people in need with those wishing to offer support as part of the company's ongoing efforts to utilize digital solutions in social solidarity and support local communities.

The company tested the application’s response rate and efficiency in delivering support for those in need.

The non-profit application, founded in 2021, offers an interactive space to enable users to select the beneficiaries of charities and the support they wish to give, such as medicine, food, clothing, and blood donation, without any direct cash donations through the app.

Orange Jordan also gives the app users the opportunity to know more about the company’s free digital and entrepreneurial programs across Jordan, providing participants with the needed training and skills, including Women Digital Centers, Fabrication Labs, Coding Academy, Coding School, Orange AI Incubator, and BIG by Orange.
