Orange Jordan collaborated with Zaha Cultural Center to provide students with in-demand digital skills. The company offered free courses through its Orange Coursat online learning platform to students participating in Zaha's summer club in 22 centers across the Kingdom to help them make the most of their summer vacation.
This collaboration comes as an extension of the two parties’ partnership to support students and develop their skillset.
The courses were carefully selected to be a perfect fit for school students between the ages of 12-17, with a focus on coding skills, including Scratch, HTML and Python, said Orange Jordan.
As a self-paced learning platform, Orange Coursat allows students to complete courses without the need for trainers, while providing guidance and technical assistance.
Upon completing a course and passing the exam, students receive a certificate of completion and a gift from Orange Jordan.
To ensure that students could fully benefit from this opportunity, the Orange Coursat team gave an introductory workshop to the students about the platform and how to use it for training. The team also provided assistance during the registration process and followed up to make sure that students completed the training courses.
Orange Jordan expressed appreciation for its partnership with the Zaha Cultural Center, stating that this collaboration is vital to empower school students and help them to use their summer vacation to develop their skills.
