Orange Jordan celebrates World Telecommunication and Information Society Day, unveils new e-services

​In celebration of World Telecommunication and Information Society Day (WTISD), Orange Jordan recently unveiled its latest e-services, the revamped eShop and eCare, demonstrating its commitment to stay at the forefront and bring customers the most technologically advanced services to facilitate their daily lives by keeping them connected to all that is essential to them and saving them time and effort.The announcement was made during a press conference headed by Orange Jordan’s CEO and attended by a number of business professionals, executives, and media representatives. The newly redesigned eShop, which was originally launched in 2013, features the latest e-commerce technology, giving customers the opportunity to enjoy an advanced, digital shopping experience with its wide range of products and services accessible from anywhere, with a number of benefits, such as 24/7 accessibility, special prices, free gifts, not having to wait in lines at shops, the ability to pay in cash upon delivery, and in-shop pick up. For a limited amount of time, Orange Jordan will also be offering a valuable gift to anyone who purchases a product, offer, or service through the eShop. Similarly, the new eCare service, which was recently launched for the first time in the Kingdom, gives customers, both individuals and businesses the opportunity to easily view and pay their bills, add/delete services, view balances as well as many other e-services. In the case of businesses, Orange Jordan assigns a special account for company fleet managers to carry on their respective company needs and activities without having to communicate with Orange Jordan staff in person.
