Orange Jordan collaborated with the American University in Beirut to train the first cohort of the company’s directors under the Leadership Excellence Program.
The training falls under the company’s continuous efforts to develop and build the capacities and skills of its human resources on all levels.
The first cohort comprised 20 directors who completed the program’s requirements over six months, while the second cohort of 23 directors began their training set to end in July 2023.
Orange Jordan said that it is keen on developing the skills of its employees and management stemming from its values and strategy as a responsible digital leader.
The company seeks to leverage an agile mindset to address multi-level strategic challenges dynamically and empower trainees to develop insights in response to organizational change while adopting the company’s strategic vision.
Orange Jordan added: “We capitalize on our resources to enhance leadership skills, agility, and excellence through offering training programs from the global Orange group or leading institutions, to build a future-facing company.
