Signed by the President of PSUT, Prof. Mashhoor Al-Refai, and CEO of Orange Jordan, Thierry Marigny.According to the agreement, the university will credit the training certificates of the Coding Academy graduates in the second cohort and the following, as a leading digital provider, this step stems from the company's keenness to provide the best for academic program students, which it implements in cooperation with its partner Simplon.co, with an aim to embody the "training for employment" concept to enhance job opportunities for the youth and provide companies with qualified and trained competencies in the field of programming. Al-Refai confirmed that the ongoing cooperation between Orange Jordan and the university provides new employment opportunities for the youth and within the digital revolution, praising the support provided by the company to the outstanding university students to help them complete their studies, indicating that it reflects the company's appreciation for the good reputation the university graduates hold and their excellence in the local and regional labor market. From his side, Marigny stressed out that the company is aware of the importance of training youth in line with the requirements of the market and employers' aspirations. Orange Jordan has adopted the broad concept of the training process that will affect youth trainees, as it will increase their opportunities in finding jobs in different sectors and help achieve their ambition. Marigny said that the company's efforts in this field resulted in the establishment of its coding academy, which was able to enhance the competitive advantage of its first batch graduates in the labor market, as this reflected in more than 70% of them having a job opportunity before the end of the training course, announcing that the second batch of the academy will be launched soon after selecting 50 youths to receive intensive training for six months in the most important programming languages and self-skills necessities for their career, in addition for a month of practical training.
