Orange Jordan employees participate in the distribution of food parcels to underprivileged families

29 May 2019
As a continuation of its social solidarity during the Holy month of Ramadan, and to promote the culture of giving and volunteering, Orange Jordan has recently distributed food parcels to underprivileged families that are supported by Tkiyet Um Ali in Amman, with the participation of employees from Orange Jordan's Corporate Social Responsibility Club, NAMA.Food parcels were distributed to around 200 families in need, in order to alleviate their financial burdens and provide them with the basic requirements of life, and as a continuation of Orange Jordan's contribution to meeting their urgent needs. This initiative came as an embodiment of the agreement between Orange Jordan and its employees who care about the community, and as a result of the company's integrated and long-term corporate social responsibility strategy, which was designed by the company in a way that ensures added measurable value, through providing people with all that is necessary for them and according to their needs and desires. This falls in line with the company's ambitious vision to maintain its position as a responsible operator, committed to serving and promoting socio-economic development. This step falls in line with Orange Jordan's ongoing support for Tkiyet Um Ali programs throughout the year, where the company's CSR club, NAMA participated in different programs affiliated with Tkiyet Um Ali during the Holy month, including participating in "Mawaed Al Rahman" food distribution to families in need. With this initiative, Orange Jordan enhances the strategic partnership with Tkiyet Um Ali, which was planned since the beginning to ensure a decent life for all residents of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. -END-
