Stemming from its corporate social responsibility strategy in serving the local community, Orange Jordan continues to support and help the less fortunate during the holy month of Ramadan, whether on its own or in cooperation with local community institutions. One of the most prominent initiatives that Orange Jordan undertakes annually during the holy month of Ramadan, are the activities it does in cooperation with Tkiyet Um Ali, which include distributing Ramadan parcels to underprivileged families, assisting in the distribution of Iftar meals to those attending Tkiyet Um Ali, with the participation of Orange Jordan's CEO, Jérôme Hénique, a number of other members of upper-level management and volunteers of Orange Jordan's volunteer club "NAMA". Orange Jordan also sponsors Ramadan Iftar tents, which include the ones hosted on a daily basis by Ibdaa foundation for charity for orphans, across several governorates of the Kingdom including: Amman, Zarqa, Rusaifa, Mafraq and Irbid. Orange Jordan also sponsors the Ramadan campaign of Mujadidoon Society for Charity and Development, which is comprised of many charitable activities, including daily Ramadan tents for orphans, the elderly and people with special needs in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa, and Aqaba, as well as distributing charity and meat packages to underprivileged families, in addition to light meals for drivers when it's time for Iftar. Orange Jordan recently sponsored the "Goodness Number" initiative, through which it receives calls within the Zakat annual Campaign; "Your Zakat , My Life"  which was launched by King Hussein Cancer Center, targeting patients who are getting treated at the King Hussein Cancer Center. In Ramadan, Orange Jordan receives calls from 4:00 PM until 10:00 PM, and during Eid Al Fitr from 10:00 AM until 10:00 PM. Orange Jordan also donated three billboards to the King Hussein Cancer Foundation to showcase the advertisement of the Zakat campaign in order to attract the largest number of donors.Regarding its social responsibility towards its employees, Orange Jordan has partnered with Dina Abdul Majid,  the founder of "360moms" website, to provide best practices and guidance that can be followed during the holy month of Ramadan, to its employees who are mothers and  their children  during the holy month of Ramadan  Orange Jordan also offers its customers the opportunity to participate in sharing goodness and giving, by giving them the opportunity  to donate their accumulated Tikram points through the "Tikram" program to specific charities, that include: The Jordanian Hashemite Fund for Human Development – JOHUD and Tkiyet Um Ali. Orange Jordan also launched a charitable campaign in partnership with Huawei Jordan, to donate one JD from every Huawei device sold during the holy month, the proceeds of which will go to Tkiyet Um Ali. These initiatives are part of Orange Jordan's corporate social responsibility strategy, which was launched in line with the company's five-year corporate strategy "Essentials 2020", between 2015 and 2020. The strategy is based on five main pillars, all of which serve one main goal; providing an unmatched customer experience, as well as serving the community in a manner that ensures making positive changes.
