Terms and Conditions

• To enter the draw, customers must pay their Orange Refills through the “Orange Services” icon available in the main menu of the Orange Money wallet.
• The amount that must be paid from the wallet to qualify for the cashback draw is 5 dinars or more on Orange Refills.
• The offer is valid for both existing and new customers.
• The total number of winners is 301, distributed over 3 months, as follows:

• The cashback value is 100% of the amount paid, up to a maximum of 10 dinars.
• The first Orange Refill transaction during the Monthly campaign period will be counted towards entry into the draw
• Campaign period: 01.08.2026 – 31.10.2026.
• For cash prize winners, the prize amount will be transferred only to their Orange Money wallet. If unavailable, the winner forfeits his / her right to the prize.
• For the iPhone 17 Pro Max winner, the winner is responsible for collecting the prize and signing any documents required by Orange Money to confirm receipt, and if the winner didn’t collect the prize within 30 days from the draw date, He / She will forfeit his / her right to the prize, and a redraw will be conducted for another participant in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
• The draw will take place during the first week of The Next Month under the supervision of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Orange and Orange Money employees are not eligible for the draw.
• Orange Money shall have the right to publish the winner’s name through media channels and/or official newspapers, provided that the customer's prior explicit consent has been obtained.
• Orange Money reserves the right to modify the campaign after obtaining approval from the Ministry of Industry and Trade at any time it deems appropriate, provided that any modifications are announced through the same promotional and advertising channels used for the campaign.
