National Voice Service

Subject to the provisions of this Service Schedule, Orange Jordan shall convey calls handed over from the Licensee Network at an Interconnect Node for termination to geographic number ranges in our Network. our National Call Termination service shall be limited to calls to geographic number ranges allocated to Orange Jordan by the TRC as per the Numbering Plan. our National Call Termination service shall apply to calls that are handed over by the Licensee at our Interconnect Node in order to be routed efficiently to their point of termination.

Subject to the provisions of this Service Schedule, Orange Jordan shall convey the transited national traffic routed via our Interconnect Node to the Network Interconnect of another Licensee. Orange Jordan National Traffic Transit service shall be limited to the traffic destined to number ranges set out in the National Numbering Plan.

Subject to the provisions of this Service Schedule, Orange Jordan shall convey the transited national traffic routed via our Interconnect Node to the Network Interconnect of another Licensee. our National Traffic Transit service shall be limited to the traffic destined to number ranges set out in the National Numbering Plan.

Orange Jordan National Directory Enquiries service consists of all traffic to the Access code “1212” which are routed to our Call Centre and answered by a our call centre agents with access to Orange Jordan Directory System. we will provide the telephone numbers of named subscribers available from the database for the caller.

Our traffic connection services are accessed by dialing access codes to reach an Orange Jordan call centre agent to seek assistance in making a voice call to any destination. The Access code ‘1322 and 1333’ accesses our national and international  traffic connection services.

This service shall include access code and access to Emergency Services such as police, ambulance and fire services. Orange Jordan shall convey Emergency Service traffic handed over from the Licensee’s Network for delivery to the relevant Emergency Service connected to our network. this shall comprise all traffic to the Access codes specified in the Numbering Plan.

Orange Jordan shall " transit and terminate" the traffic generated within Jordan by local operators, and handed over to us through the interconnection link, to it's international destination, subject to using the leading dialed digits "00" and/or any other code translatable to "00" as a prefix to the dialed destination number.

Subject to the provision of this Service, Orange Jordan shall convey traffic originated by subscribers of a Primary Service Provider’s retail access services to the interconnection path between the Primary Service Provider and Orange Jordan and to the interconnection path between us and the Licensee, provided the subscriber prefixes the full international dialing code, including the digits ‘00’ with the Carrier Access Code issued to the Licensee by the TRC.

This Service shall apply to traffic that is handed over to Orange Jordan by the Primary Service Provider and subsequently by us to the Licensee from a our Interconnect Node in order to be routed efficiently to their point of termination by the Licensee. It is understood by both Orange Jordan and the Licensee that traffic originated under this Service schedule by subscribers of the Primary Service Provider’s Retail Access Services shall not incur a retail charge for the traffic.

Subject to the provision of this Service, JT shall convey calls originated by subscribers of JT’s Retail Access Services to the interconnection path between the Licensee and JT provided the subscriber prefixes the full international dialing code, including the digits ‘00’, with the Carrier Access Code issued either to the Licensee by the TRC or authorized to be transited by the Licensee to an Alternative Service Provider.

The JT Carrier Selection Call Origination service shall apply to calls that are handed over to the Licensee from a JT Interconnect Node in order to be routed efficiently to their point of termination by the Licensee. Calls originated under this service schedule by subscribers of JT’s Retail Access Services shall not incur a retail charge for the calls provided under this Service Schedule.

Subject to the provision of this service, Orange Jordan shall convey the international voice calls originated by our retail access service subscriber to the interconnection path between us and the licensee, provided that the subscriber has already made the necessary arrangements with Orange Jordan and the licensee as per the CPS service provisioning and delivery procedures adopted by the CS/CPS industry forum and approved by the TRC, and the licensee shall have been issued a carrier access code by the TRC.

The carrier pre-selection traffic origination service shall apply to calls that are handed over to the Licensee from an Orange Jordan Interconnect node in order to be routed by the licensee efficiently and completed at their point of termination. Orange Jordan in this case is called PSP (primary service provider) and the Licensee is called ASP (alternative service provider).

Calls originated under this service schedule by an Orange Jordan Retail Access Service subscriber shall not incur a retail charge payable by the originating subscriber for the purpose of this Service Schedule. Carrier Selection Service offered under Service Schedule 122 overrides the Carrier Pre-selection Service offered under this "Carrier Pre-selection Traffic Origination" Schedule 123 offered by us.

Our 0800xxxxx Pre-Paid Internet Access Service is a wholesale service whereby we provide an SP (Service Provider) or an ISP (Internet Service Provider) with IP dial-up access service. This service will be offered to ISP/ SP through our Network. The traffic generated by the customers using this service shall be destined and/or conveyed by Orange Jordan relevant networks.

The service (0800xxxxx) can not be provided stand-alone to ISP/ SP, but should be linked to one of the following existing RIO services: IP Dial-up Traffic Collection Port & Data Interconnect Link.

You 0900xxxxx Access Service is a wholesale service whereby we at Orange Jordan provides a SP (Service Provider) or an ISP (Internet Service Provider) with IP dial-up access service. The provisioning of 0900xxxxx IP Dial-up Access Services is subject to revenue sharing with the ISP/SP who is buying / providing this service from/through Orange Jordan. This service will be offered to our  PSTN customers and/or any other customers through our Network. The traffic generated by the customers using this service shall be destined and/ or conveyed by the Orange Jordan relevant networks.
