Terms and Conditions

  1. The winners will be selected through a random draw under the supervision of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
  2. To enter the draw customers must make financial transactions through Orange Money wallet, in addition, the transactions done through Orange Money visa card when purchasing from stores or shopping online from 15.1.2025 to 15.2.2025
  3. An Orange Money representative will contact the winner immediately after the draw via phone calls according to the instructions of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply .
  4. If the winner does not respond to Orange messages within 30 days from the date of the call, he will lose his right to the prize and the prize will be drawn on another subscriber according to the instructions of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply .
  5. The winner will be responsible for receiving the prize and signing any documents required by Orange proving that he received the prize .
  6. No customer is entitled to win more than one prize .
