Section 1: Terms & conditions for fiber & 5G users – World Cup subscription:

• Customers subscribed to Orange Fiber & 5G Home Sports Packages can get access to the FIFA World Cup 2026 Full Tournament package on TOD by beIN which allows them to watch all World Cup matches, from the opening game to the final in 4K HDR Quality subject to service availability and technical requirements, on top of watching entertainment content from 6-12 months on TOD based on the subscription. In addition, existing customers can add the service for 2.4JD/month to watch the full tournament and 1.5JD/month for knockout phase over 24 months noting that their commitment will be automatically renewed. And if a customer decides to cancel the subscription before completing the 24-month period, early termination fees will apply covering all remaining unpaid months.
• The monthly fees of FIFA World Cup 2026 Full Tournament package on TOD by beIN will be added on the customer’s bill even if the line is suspended.
• Two users can stream at a time.
• Subscriptions are not activated automatically, customers must visit www.orange.jo/extra to activate their subscriptions starting from June 10, 2026.
• TOD by beIN subscriptions are offered for a limited promotional period. Orange reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to amend, extend, suspend, withdraw, or terminate the offer and/or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. 
• TOD by beIN subscriptions are intended solely for personal, private, and non-commercial use. Customers shall not resell, sublicense, distribute, publicly exhibit, commercially exploit, or otherwise make the service available to any third party for commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of the service without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to Orange or TOD by beIN.

Section 2: Terms & conditions for standalone World Cup subscriptions (Full payment & installments): 

• Customers may subscribe to the FIFA World Cup 2026 subscriptions on TOD by beIN, which provide access to designated FIFA World Cup 2026 matches in 4K HDR quality, subject to service availability and technical requirements. 
• For installment-based subscriptions, if a customer decides to terminate or cancel the subscription prior to the completion of the applicable installment period, an early termination fee shall apply. The customer will remain liable for all outstanding installments and any unpaid amounts due for the remainder of the subscription term.
• Customers subscribed to eligible Orange Fiber or ADSL lines may also add FIFA World Cup 2026 subscriptions on TOD by beIN. By activating the service, the customer acknowledges and agrees that a new commitment period of twenty-four (24) months shall apply to the customer line. In the event of cancellation, disconnection, or termination of the service before the end of the commitment period, early termination charges shall apply, and the customer shall be responsible for all remaining unpaid amounts associated with the subscription and commitment period. 
• The monthly subscription fee for the FIFA World Cup 2026 subscriptions on TOD by beIN shall continue to be charged and reflected on the customer's bill throughout the subscription term, including during periods in which the customer's service is suspended. 
• TOD by beIN subscriptions are offered for a limited promotional period. Orange reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to amend, extend, suspend, withdraw, or terminate the offer and/or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
