​ Orange Jordan was ranked number one in Jordan and number six in the MENA region in a study conducted by the Arab Advisors Group, a leading research and consulting company in the Middle East and North Africa, as its focus was aimed towards digitized cellular services offered by telecom operators to their subscribers in 19 countries located in the Middle East that included Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen. The study proposed a detailed analysis of the digitized cellular services for the companies according to several criteria, including the feasibility of paying online, self-service availability, eShop stores and digital branding.Orange Jordan confirmed that the company, within its five-year strategy, Essentials2020 is constantly working to provide the latest services to its subscribers. The company also highlighted the urgent need to digitize its services in line with the needs of its subscribers, stressing that the result of its continuous hard work was to obtain first place locally and sixth place in the region while providing these types of services.In the past years, the company has launched several digital services and upgrades on its previous services. It has provided digital solutions for self-services such as My Orange application and e-Care which was launched last year, enabling the users to track their consumption, data transfer and minutes of contact, and payment online through an easy-to-use application and website, enabling subscribers to recharge prepaid accounts and pay postpaid bills via e-Sh7anli. The company has renewed its eShop, the first of its kind in the Kingdom, offering the latest e-commerce technologies.As a continuation of its progresses, the company said that earlier this year, it launched the first tool of digital communications in the world in the region in both Arabic and English. The artificially intelligent chat bot is under the name of "Djingo", as its purpose is to provide instant information to subscribers about offers, services and products, and to be available to assist their needs at all times.The Arab Advisors Group provides reliable research, analytical studies and forecasts on the status of the ICT markets in the Arab world, where its service covers 19 countries in the Arab world.
