Smartbuy vouchers terms and conditions

 

  1. New Customers subscribing to Fiber offers  @29.9 JD Monthly  and above in Amman  are eligible for 50 JD smartbuy vouchers  after successful activation and installation of the FTTH line
  2. A thank-you message via WhatsApp will be shared with the customers including voucher value in Jordanian dinar
  3. Vouchers are valid till 30th May 2024
  4. To redeem the vouchers customers must present the voucher , his ID and fiber contract  at any SmartBuy store within the specified validity period.
  5. The voucher will be redeemed for one time only with the full amount
  6. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information to  Orange when they sign the contract and orange  is not liable for non-receipt due to incorrect contact number.
  7. Provided contact number should have an active whatspp to receive the voucher
  8. Vouchers will be sent within 48 working hours of FTTH activation.
  9. Vouchers are redeemable only at SmartBuy stores and hold no cash value.
  10. Limited quantity Orange reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion without prior
  11. Orange may void vouchers and take legal action against fraudulent activities.
  12. Customer responsibility includes ensuring timely voucher receipt and redemption at the designated SmartBuy store.
