• Fees as follows:

  • Cash in service :
    
    ✓ Orange Money Fees : Free of Charge
    ✓ Delivery Fees:
    • 2 JD per visit
  
  
  • Cash-out service :
    
    ✓ Orange Money Fees
    • 1– 50 JD’s → 0.5 JD
    • 51 & above → 1 JD
       
    ✓ Delivery Fees:
    • 2 JD per visit
  
  
  • Issue Orange Money visa card :
    
    ✓ Visa issuance fees 5 JD's
    ✓ Delivery 2 JD's
    ✓ Visa card validity for five years


• 1,000 JD is the limit for cash in & cash out per transaction.
• All payments should be Cash money.
• Delivery will be within 48 hours for the cash in & cash out service and within 48 hours for Orange Money Visa Card issuance between 9 AM and 6 PM, if the request is submitted after 6 PM, delivery will be moved to next day.
• If the customer wants to cancel the request, the customer must cover the delivery fees if the request is out for delivery.
• Mett Delivery will have a document to show the customer that they are agents for Orange Money.
• Issue orange Money visa card: This service is available in the north governorates of the Kingdom.
• Cash in & Cash out service: This service is available in the north governorates of the Kingdom.
• Please note that Mett Delivery working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm, Working days all week days except for Friday and public holidays.
