How to subscribe:

  • Dial *131# and follow the instructions.
  • Send SMS as below :

    - Weekly subscription Send " 666 " or "Sub clir weekly " to 99111

    - Monthly subscription Send " 555 " or "Sub clir monthly " to 99111

How to un-subscribe:

    Balance transfer service

    Help your friends when they run out of credit & transfer them the amount the need.

    You are a care taker and want to be able to help your friends in a pinch. With your balance transfer service you can send them right amount of credit at the right time.

    How to transfer the balance

    Dial *170* amount to be transferred (in piasters) * phone number receiving the transferred balance # then press the Dial/OK key.

    Example to transfer 1 JD:

    *170*100*077xxxxxxx# , then press the dial/OK key.


    For more safety you can choose to share your credit using our PIN code option:

    • The pin code service is optional and free.
    • To transfer credit using your PIN code for the first time: Dial *170* amount to be transferred (in piasters) * phone number receiving the transferred balance # then press the Dial/OK key.

      Example to transfer 1 JD using our PIN code option:

      *170*100*077xxxxxxx# , then press the dial/OK key.

    • To change your PIN code: Dial *170* old PIN * new PIN # , then press the Dial/OK key.

      Balance transfer conditions

      • All transferred amounts should be in piaster.
      • Customer can transfer balance starting from 25 piasters to 800 piasters (JD 8) per transfer except for jood offer it will be up to 1000 piaster (JD10)
      • Transfer Fees:
        • 15 piasters will be deducted from the main balance, if the transferred amount was from 25 piasters to 500 piasters (JD 5).
        • 30 piasters will be deducted from the main balance, if the transferred amount was more than JD5 and up to JD8.
        • No transfer fees for Jood offers
      • Monthly limit is JD 20 for prepaid and JD 15 for postpaid.
      • Minimum balance after transfer is JD 3 for all pay as you go offers except for Um Al Dunya, where the minimum balance is JD 5, and no minimum balance for jood offers
      • Balance transfer service will be automatically activated after 60 days from the prepaid line activation date.

      Missed Call Alert (MCA)

      Missed Call Alert service lets you know all your incoming calls when your mobile is
      switched off or out of reach so that you will receive an SMS containing the caller’s number along with the date and time of each call.

      How to subscribe ?

      How can I divert/ forward Missed call messages?

      You can divert all incoming MCA messages to any mobile phone in Jordan for free!

      When your battery is running out and still want to know all incoming calls, you can divert incoming MCA messages to any other mobile number.

      •  Divert Missed Call Alert messages: send "ALERT MSG DIV 0777xxxxxx" to 97787
      •  Cancel divert: send "ALERT MSG DIV DEL" to 97787


      Example: to divert Missed Call Alert messages to 0777112233, send the below command by SMS to 97787: ALERT MSG DIV 0777112233

      How can I set a greeting message?

      You can send a greeting message to anyone who calls you when your mobile is switched off or unreachable.

      • Set greeting message on Send "ALERT GREETING" followed by the greeting message that you want to 97787.
      • Switch off greeting message Send "ALERT GREETING DEL" to 97787

      How to show the device in a closed state /switched off

      • To show device if closed: *21*142#

You can backup up to 150 contacts on your SIM and up to 5000 contacts on your mobile phone. Indeed Orange Backup saves your contacts even if you lose your phone. With data enabled mobile phone you can even backup calendar, photos, videos and notes.
