  • Customer is accepting that the data is stored in Belgium.
  • The service could be stopped anytime & without prior notice.
  • The application will require access to the customer’s gallery & contacts in order to be able to share pictures & videos.
  • The application collects information on the use of the application and sends us such information for statistical analysis to further improve the application and the related service. All collected information is completely anonymous and is not associated with the user.
  • If your device is compatible and RCS activated in 3G/4G, you will be charged on your data plan.
  • If you are not connected on Wifi or 3G/4G and/or the receiving party doesn’t have RCS activated, you will be charged as a normal SMS/MMS fee as per offer plan.
  • You and the people you’re chatting with need to have Orange Chat Messages and be on Orange.
