Fiber terms and conditions:

The customer should ensure that the devices he/she owns (mobile, Laptop…) support the selected Fiber speed.
The billed amount for the period from activation until the end of the first month is calculated using the offer price before the discount.
We guarantee fiber speeds through the network via Ethernet cable only
Special mobile line (included in Fiber bundle) includes 2000 Minutes on-net and 60 minutes offnet & 2GB internet

WiFi 6 Terms and Conditions if it’s added to the Fiber offer

The customer will get a Fiber box & WIFI Extender with the Wi-Fi 6 service.
2.9JD/ month (+ 16% tax) will be added to the service
You should make sure that your home devices (handset, tablet, etc) are supporting Wi-Fi 6 to get the best experience
You can benefit from the devices associated with your offers such as The fiber box, and WIFI Extender Wi-Fi 6, as long as you are subscribed to the Fiber service, and once you cancel the service the devices should be returned.

Fair usage policy for minutes & SMS applies as follows: 35,000 minutes to Orange mobile, 3,000 minutes to other local networks, and 3,500 local SMS (120 SMS/day).
It is required to combine the fiber offer with the mentioned mobile lines to get the discount

Data carry over: carry-over for the remaining data bundle as below:

When the subscriber consumes the bundle included in the offer, the tariff will be as follows:

The subscriber will have a two-year commitment for the fiber line and mobile lines when activating the line or combining the fiber and mobile lines.
The subscriber can get mobile lines (up to 5 lines) and get a discount on any of the offers mentioned on the page.
If the subscriber cancels the Fiber line, the subscriber must pay the cancellation fees for the fiber and mobile lines according to the Termination fees rules.
