Orange is obligated to provide a warranty on the device in respect of any malfunction or manufacturing defect on it and not resulting from misuse.

  • The devices covered by the offer are guaranteed for one year.
  • Orange Fiber Lines subscribers only are able to do Installment over fiber lines for a period of 24 months with the below rules:

i.The line age from 0 – 3 months: maximum installment amount is 2.32 JD/Month and no due bills.
ii.The line age from 3 – 6 months: maximum installment amount is 4.64 JD/Month and no due bills.
iii.The line age above 6 months: the maximum installment amount is 11.6 JD/Month and no due bills, and the customer should pay 2 bills in advance.

  • The monthly payments for the devices will be added to the Orange Fiber bill.
  • Buying any Smart Life device as installment will not affect the commitment date of the internet lines. 
  • If the Orange Fiber service is canceled / stopped for any reason, the subscriber will be required to pay the remaining installment amount of the device.
  • Only residential lines can get installment.
  • Installment option is only available for Jordanian customers and not available for non-Jordanian one.
  • Orange company is entitled to stop the service at any time in the event of cancelling the services of Orange Fiber or not making monthly payments.
  • Terms and conditions of services for the sale of Smart Life devices apply.
  • Terms and conditions apply to obtain devices through the installment program and are subject to management approval.
  • The Devices included in the package are not designed to be waterproof.
  • The installation and configuration fees for the devices are limited to locations within Amman and its neighboring vicinity. For other areas, the fees amount might be changed.
